                  <text>The Tepeyac Association is a non-profit network of 40 community organizations, whose mission is to promote the social welfare and human rights of Latino immigrants, specifically the undocumented in New York City.  Many undocumented immigrants were affected by the World Trade Center disaster.  From the first hours, Asociación Tepeyac stepped in to advocate for immigrants affected by the tragedy, not only for those from the Mexican communities in New York but for immigrants from all over Latin America and other places.  This collection includes a variety of materials which document some of the impact the WTC disaster has had on undocumented immigrants and it also presents some of the programs Asociación has devised to meet their needs.</text>

  on their interviews with immediate family and friends, begin to tell the story &#13;
  about the undocumented workers who lost their lives in WTC disaster. Because &#13;
  of their undocumented status, some of these men and women were not counted in &#13;
  the official list of those missing or killed in the disaster or were not eligible &#13;
  for assistance from the various aid programs. These brief reports also recount &#13;
  how surviving family members have struggled to survive, and to find help and &#13;
