Tell us your story: I was walking students to a class, as I was leaving them with the vice principle I had a teacher pull me aside and tell me a plane had just hit the World Trade Center. I did not quite understand what was going on until I walk into the media center. A small group of teachers were standing around a television set with a look of horror on their faces. As I watched the pictures a sense of absolute dread came over me. I just couldn't believe this was happening. The next thing we were watching was about two more planes that had been hijacked and that one had crashed into the Pentagon. I live very close to Ft. Meade, a military base, and knew that alot of friends and neighbors may not be home that evening. I went and called my husband, Tim, to tell him what was happening. We were both happy to know that the other one was alright. After a quick discussion we decided that we should let the children stay in school. As we each came home one by one that afternoon we embraced each other and said I love you. As we continued to watch the news coverage that evening all we could do is wonder why. Through many tears we said prayers for all those whose lives were touched by this horrific act. My sister was watching the news and she told me what happened. When I got to school everyone was talking about it. I t was a really big event. My teacher then told us about everything and was explaining to us about who everyone thought it was and why the terrorist attack happened. I felt bad or everyone in the Twin Towers and for all of the people who have passed away from the smoke, being in the building, and for being a firefighter trying to save all those people. I also felt bad for all of the people who had trouble breathing from all of the smoke. I remember when the second plane crashed into the tower and it was really a sad sight. As I got to work the regular tired greetings were not as they were as usual. When I started to work, the second plane had barely hit. The radio was on at a music station whom the deejays always talk to much and make unfunny jokes. Me, I was not listening as I was tired and never liked the station as I wanted music to lift me up. At around 10:00 Am, my manager called his boss who said that we must close. It all seemed like a joke to me. As I was walking home I saw a sign at Jamba Juice written with a black marker that said "Due to worldy disasters, Jamba Juice will be closed the rest of today". "Worldy disasters?" I said to myself. I continued walking and I got home where the television was on. The television was constantly running the images of the two planes crashing into the towers. As I saw those images I could not believe it. I said "God...wake me up". At that moment I told msyelf "I just saw this in the movie 'Pearl Harbor' and now it is happening yet again in real life. Maybe it is a Jerry Bruckheimer movie." That night I slept and asked God to let me wake-up and realize that it was all a dream...but it was not. It was reality. Then it was announced with three words: "This is war!" Oh no! Another war? We don't need that. The next day I wnet back to work to finish what I has started on Tuesday. As I went to work, we opened the store and one of my duties was to make costumers happy by supporting a smile. How do you smile after such a horror? So okay, I supported a smile but it was a smile that said "I am only smiling because I am told to do so". The big crowd came in and with a sad tone I would greet them and they knew that it was my duty to put on a fake toothpaste smile. How dare a person use a plane as a 700 pounds missile? How did they dare think that by doing so they would wake-up in Heaven. They did NOT wake-up in Heaven, this I know for sure. No, they woke up in the lake of fire "here the fire never quenches and the worms never die" as says the Holy Bible. Then the suspect whose name never heard by me and millions of others suddenly became the #1 Most Wanted man. I walked by my local box store and the manager had a sign that said something like "Osama bin Laden for barbeque". I knew that that would be the start of a sterotypical racism against one religion and the ongoing protest against war. I am against war, but I know that we have no choice or else not only we will get attacked more, but we will not be the United States of America, we will simply be "The States of America". I know that war is the only option as it says in the Bible in the chapter of Mark 13 and the entire book of Revelation. The Holy Bible is the only true book of God and the only one. All other books are man-made. Jesus Christ was crucified so that our sins would die and was resurected so that we would have an enternal life. Accpet Him today and you "shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). All you have to do is to confess your sins by saying the following prayer: "Jesus, I know that I have sinned against you. I know the truth is that I have sinned by my own choice, and I am the one responsible for it. I know that I have earned punishment from You, and that the fair punishment would be death. Jesus, I believe that You died in my place. Forgive me for my sin. I cannot cover or take my sin away, I am relying totally and only on You. You are the only one who can save me. I reject my sin, I turn away from it, I repent. Come into my life, take away my sin, and show me how to live my life in a way that is right and pleasing to You." Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I had set the alarm for 8 a.m. the morning of September 11th, 2001. I remember waking up to the guy on the radio saying ??Good morning New York, it is a beautiful morning here in the city???? and he was right about the weather, it was terrific. The first things I see when I open my eyes in the mornings are the Twin Towers, which really dominate my view in my boyfriend??s and my apartment. For some reason I felt happy that morning, I remember that clearly. When I got out of bed I did my daily morning routines as always: boil water for my tea, shower while the water is boiling, get dressed and eat breakfast and reading the news online. That morning I wrote an e-mail to my boyfriend, Philippe, who was visiting his parents in Belgium. I remember writing that I was really happy because my favorite band, U2, were going to extend their world tour and come back to the United States and I had just found out which day the tickets were going on sale. As I was typing I heard a strange noise, it??s rather difficult to describe, but since this is one of the noisiest cities in the world, I didn??t really pay much attention to it. Shortly afterwards there was a different kind of loud noise and the entire building shook. I looked up and the clock on the microwave showed 8.48 a.m. Although I don??t think I have ever heard an explosion before in my life that is the first thing that came to my mind because that it what it sounded like. But then I remembered that there is a construction site right next to our building, so I thought that the noise must have came from there. Perhaps they had dropped something or something broke, which would explain why my building shook. Then came the sirens. As, I said, this is New York City where there is noise and sirens twenty-four seven, but this time it was different. The sirens were so intense and many that I had to go up to the window and look. I am on the sixth floor, right in front of the INS building, in the corner of Broadway and Worth Street. I look down at the people on the street to see their reactions. Some were running north on Broadway, but most of them were looking south. So I looked south as well, thinking that perhaps there was some kind of accident further south on Broadway. That is when I saw the enormous hole in the North Tower. Flames were coming out from all sides of it, which made me again think ?C explosion -. It was the first time, but unfortunately, not the last time I have ever seen something that looked so unreal. It looked like something straight out of a movie. For some reason, seeing the towers in flames looked familiar, as if I had seen it before. I turn on CNN right away and they are of course equally as confused as I am, however, they suspected a plane might have crashed into the tower. Hearing that a plane caused this made very surprised because when the weather is bad, especially foggy, I know that the towers are hard to see. But since the sun was shining and the skies could not have been any bluer I remember wondering: How could the pilots NOT have seen them? This of course led me to believe that it must have been a terrible accident, that there was something wrong with the plane so that somehow the pilots lost control over it. And this is what I believed until I head that exact same noise again. I had gone back to the kitchen to get some more tea when I head it again. I just froze, I couldn??t move. I realized exactly what had happened and, again, it felt so incredibly unreal. This is when I really got scared. The first plane could have been an accident and even if that was scary too, knowing that this was not an accident but instead an intentional act was terribly frightening. In between the two crashes I had tried calling my family back home in Sweden because I had an incredibly need to talk to someone. But I could not get a hold of anyone, instead all I got was my sister??s answering machine, so I left her a couple of messages. The first message I left was when I was pretty calm; I was more confused than afraid. The last message however, was pretty much the opposite of calm. She is in law school and was in class when the attacks happened. She told me later that it had been awful for her, listening to these messages and hearing me just get more and more scared for every message I left her. This may sound a little strange, and I know that it is, but since I had class at ten o??clock that morning I actually went to school. Why? Well, I am not too sure myself. I think there were several different factors that made me leave the apartment and go to school that morning. I was going crazy being in the apartment by myself just looking at the whole thing from my window and I needed to talk to someone, but failed to get a hold of anyone on the phone. At school I could at least talk to someone. Also, since I live so close to school, I figured that it wouldn??t hurt if I went to see if there was going be a class or not. Also, in all honesty, I could not imagine that it was going to get any worse than that. I really couldn??t. The towers were on fire and that was awful, but I did not think they were going to collapse since they had not done it already. So, I went to my school, Borough of Manhattan community College, which, of course was closed. I can??t say that that surprised me, but I had at least tried. I ran into my English professor at the time, professor Eggers, on Greenwich Street and we talked a little outside the school, wondering what was going. I remember that he said that he was going to have to walk home, all the way to the Upper West, side since the subways were closed and I said that I was going to go home as well, and so I did. I was on Harrison Street, between Greenwich and Hudson street when there was a horrifying noise again, but different from the others that morning. This was more of a rumbling kind, almost like thunder but a lot worse and a lot louder. I remember that I had difficulty locating where the noise came from. I thought that a plane perhaps had hit something again, but I didn??t think it came from downtown. The second I head the rumbling I turned around and there was this man behind me. It all happened so incredibly fast but all of a sudden, a woman and I were holding on to this man, who I have never seem before in my life, and each other. We leaned up against the wall of a building. I was covering my head. I remember the wall of that building shaking as well. People were screaming and just running around, complete chaos. I remember saying terrified: Where the f*** did that come from? But no one knew. So, the man, who I had been holding on to, peeked around the corner of the building, looking south on Hudson. The last thing I recall before I ran home as fast as I could was him yelling: ??Shit, I think the whole g-d damn building just collapsed??. All I could think of while running home was that I had to change shoes. I had to get my sneakers, because the shoes I was wearing were impossible to run fast in. Also, the feeling that this is just too unreal came over me once again. The fear was so real, yet the situation was not. I remember thinking?? what am I doing here? This was not supposed to happen??? When I came home and tried dialing everyone I knew, I finally got a hold of my sister. It was such a relief to talk to her and I was really happy, but I couldn??t stop crying. By then, she had head on the news what had happened here and also listened to my messages and she was, of course, worried sick. We didn??t really talk that much, because I knew I needed to leave soon. I had talked to policemen in my building and they told me that I needed to leave, and I didn??t want to stay either. I have a friend that lives up in Murray Hill and I figured that was where I was going. I managed to get a hold of her and we decided to meet in the corner of 27th street and 7th Avenue. If, for some reason, this was not possible, we decided to simply move our meeting point one avenue to the west, so the next would be 27th and 8th Ave. I have thought about this afterwards and I must say that although things were pretty chaotic here, I think our backup plan was rather good, or even the fact that we thought about having one was good. After trying to call Philippe in Belgium several times I finally got a hold of him too. I missed him so incredibly much. Although I was glad he wasn??t here to experience this nightmare, I was also sad in a selfish way since he wasn??t here with me. While talking to him, the second tower had not yet collapsed. I remember looking out the window, it was such an incredibly strange sight seeing just one of the towers. Naked in a way and I clearly remember thinking that it was sad since the tower??s twin was gone (just as if the buildings themselves had feelings), incredibly strange. Right after we had said goodbye to each other on the phone, I watched the second tower collapse as well. With only my wallet, my cell phone and its charger, I ran as fast as I could all the way to Houston Street. I am not in any good physical shape, but this run was the fastest and easiest I??ve ever done, I never became tired. I didn??t dare turn around until I was well above Houston. There were people everywhere, listening to radios, crying, hugging and many were running just like me. As I was passing St. Vincent??s hospital, people were lining up to donate blood and doctors and nurses were waiting outside for ambulances to arrive with injured people. I know now that there were not many people who came. I remember thinking that I was so grateful that didn??t have any children, pets or other family members to worry about. I stayed with my friend for a week, not because I wanted to but because I wasn??t let back in to the apartment. She lives just a few blocks from the Empire State Building, which had a bomb scare the second night I was staying there. I guess that this was a scary experience as well, but I was rather numb by then and was a lot calmer than my friend was. This is as close as she came to experience some of the fear I had felt during and after 9/11. I know that the attacks affected the entire world in one way or the other, but I don??t think anyone can begin to understand what it was like witnessing it first hand. The days at my friend??s house were the longest and most difficult days so far in my life, I felt so lonely and sad. I missed my family and my boyfriend Philippe so incredibly much. I just wished the airports would open up so that Philippe could fly home and that we could get back to our apartment. I felt very isolated being on Manhattan, I really hated being here. I wished I could take our car out of the garage and just drive to somewhere in the middle of nowhere where I would feel safe. But I couldn??t do that since the garage was below Canal Street, which no one was allowed below, and many of the tunnels and bridges out of the city were closed. One week later, Philippe finally landed at JFK and we were let back in the same day, which was a great. But there were very mixed feelings when we finally came home. The neighborhood that we call ??home?? was so different from what we are used to. For many weeks we had to show identification who we were and where we lived to get passed Canal Street. There were military and police officers in every corner carrying weapons I have only seen in movies. No regular cars were seen on the streets for weeks, only military tanks and hummers. You hardly ever saw any people around on the streets either, which also was very strange. Although they had cleaned the streets very well they were still dirty and dusty and the smell in the air was sometimes unbearable. The strangest thing of all may have been the view from our apartment. Where the towers once were, was now just an empty space. Had you not known that they were there, you would have never been able to tell that something was missing. Our neighborhood had become a war zone; it was a very creepy feeling. I spent my days trying to get some sleep since nightmares of buildings on fire, planes crashing and people dying in front of my eyes without being able to help them, kept me awake at night. I was glad in a way that my school was closed for three weeks after it had happened because I doubt I would have been able to concentrate because I had an intense feeling that everything was completely pointless; nothing mattered anymore. School was definitely one of those things I considered pointless. However, once school started I actually liked it because this forced me to get out of bed, to get dressed in the mornings and get back some kind of normal routine, something that I had not had since the attacks. My building had to evacuate at least one more time that fall because the INS building and some of the court buildings, which I also live close to, had bomb threats. This was rather difficult for me, because it brought back so many memories. Even though I knew that it probably wasn??t anything to worry about, that ??what if- feeling?? - still existed in the back of my head. It took months before I stopped looking up to the sky every single time I heard a plane or became alert when I heard sirens. I could sit at my desk doing homework but as soon as I heard something, I just had to go to the window and make sure that everything was all right, even though I knew it almost certainly was. I still have bad dreams every now and then, but they are becoming less frequent, which is good. I can??t say that I am afraid for my own personal safety, but I spend a lot of time thinking about what will happen in the future. Hopefully, the world won??t experience a day like September 11th, 2001 ever again. It was my husband, he was at work, he told me what happened and told me to get up and turn the T.V. to the news on CNN. I paniced and got up, I turned on the T.V. to CNN, like he said, and there it was. All I could do was think, "Is this the end of the world?" I was very scared and horrified by what I saw. With permission by the news, that if we felt the need to pick up our children from school, that we were allowed to and that the schools would permit them to do so, I went, with no delay, and picked up my son from school. My son was 9 years old at the time. He had many questions on that day, 9/11, and even now he has questions. I have and I will try to answer all his questions as best as I know how. I cried on September 11, 2001 that very morning, I got up a little after 9AM, and I will not ever forget. My father-in-law recorded everything that happened on the VCR. God Bless America!!!! A patron came over and asked us if we had seen what was happening in NYC. We said no, and when he told us the WTC had been hit, I thought it was a small plane who had trouble. I left Perkins and by the time I got to my office everyone ( my staff) was in my office and had the TV set on. IT wasn't 5 mn and the second plane hit. That is when I said this a a terroist attack. We spent the remainder of the day watching the TV and talking with each other about what has gone wrong with our country. We also called our collegues that work in midtown Manhatten to make sure they were okay. I will never forget this day just as I can clearly remember the day JFK was killed and I was only in 2nd grade at the time. Thanks for providing a place to write down our thoughts on this day. My prayers are with everyone who lost a friend, budsiness associate, or relative in this tragedy. A huge thank you to those in NYC who helped strangers in a time of need. It has been a wonderfull lesson to share with my children on what hate can do and how people will come together in times of turmoil to help one another out. I thought maybe a small plane just hit a small building.When I went home for lunch and I turned on the TV, I saw it. The plane hitting the World Trade Center. Then another hit the south tower.Maybe twenty minutes later the north tower collapsed and that's about when I went back to school. Then in Mrs. Cano's math classall we did was talk about this. Then someone told me that the south tower had collapsed. I was in shock knowing that maybe thousands had died. After school I was at home watching it all. They thought the death toll was between 4 to 5 thousand. I didn't believe it. Then, a few days later they found out who was behind this terrorist attack. It was Osama Bin Laden. After I found this out I couldn't sleep. It was the worst thing I've seen in all my life. She ran about stating that New York is under attack!! I jumped up and watched the T.V.! I was so shocked to see that the first tower was aflame! I was watching with disbelief, for a good ten minutes, then the other plane hit the second tower! I had emotions that were uncomprehensible because it had happened while I was watching. The day continued, while I was at work. I kept quite while I was glued to the net for updates! I really didn't grasp it all until I tried to call an insurance co. to follow up on a claim that I had submitted. Insurance carriers phone line would either answer with a message, or would not. (I was a senior, c/o 2002) I climbed out of bed, all groggy, & turned on the daily news, which I watch while I eat breakfast. What I saw was THE MOST HORRIFYING picture I have EVER SEEN in my entire life. Tremendously large, overblown fireballs embraced the sky as they progressed in destroying an entire building. I wanted to sit & watch, amazed by this sight I'd never seen, but I had to hurry up & get ready for school or I'd be late. So I did just that. When I arrived at zero period @ 7:30, everyone was talkin about it. I was still unsure as to what happened, so I questioned a few people. The news that they gave me, still filled w/ uncertainty but what they believed to be was going on, filled my heart w/ terror, pain, sorrow, & other emotions I hadn't felt to the extent that I felt them that day. I felt helpless. As the day progressed on, each classroom kept their tv's on, filling each of our personal curiosities w/ more & more information, & even more worry. You see, I live in Baytown, which is near Houston. Though some of you may not know it, Exxon is here in Baytown, only a BLOCK from my house. Exxon is one of the nation's (if not THE nation's) largest chemical power plants, & Houston is one of the major chemical & industrial power plant cities of America. Everyone was so worried about the possibility of an attack on Exxon, since many of the pipes underground connect one power plant to another. The possiblity of any attack on our Houston area cities wavered over us & made us all sick w/ anxious grief & an unwanted amount of worry that would take its toll on me throughout the course of the day. I ended up going home that day; I couldn't possibly get through the day & complete my studies successfully!! Also, my brother is a Staff Sargeant in the United States Air Force. As you may know, that fateful day in September caused many military locations to raise their "danger level" to "High Alert," or (on the color scale) "red." My brother, as well as the other military men & women of this country, are all heroes in my eyes. I thank God daily for them & for what they do for us. To this day, September 11th is still very much apart of me. If anything, I thank God EVERY DAY now for what I have - life. Many a year don't get to have ANY touch of life, & those on September 11th who perished gave their lives up like heroes. Tell us your story: After months of planning a trip to visit London and the Lake District of England with three friends we were packed and leaving on Sept. 11, 2001. During the morning hours we remained packed thinking all would go well and we would be on our way. About 1PM we received notice that the trip would be postponed. By 6PM we had been notified that the trip was cancelled. We received a full refund from the tour company, a visit to Buckingham Palace, a trip to Windsor Castle, and a London Theatre. All the world was in shock and demonstrated their sympathy toward America by treating her citizens with respect and empathy. Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was at work at our call center (I work for the State of Missouri as a Claims Technician for unemployment benefits). Our team was assigned to the ACD line that week, which meant that we were taking unemployment claims and answering questions from claimants regarding their unemployment benefits. I was going to the printer to get a copy of a statement a claimant gave me about his separation from his former employer when my supervisor, Dona, told me that two airplanes had hit the World Trade Center in New York. I guess that if I had heard that one plane had hit the Trade Center I would have thought that it was a very bad accident. When I heard that it was two planes that hit the towers, I thought "terrorist attack" right then and there. I remembered the news stories back in the 1990's when the Trade Center had a bomb explode in the basement which killed six people. I guess it was about 10:00 a.m. when one of my co-workers shouted that a plane had hit the Pentagon! The manager plugged in the office television. People were trying to get news over the Internet. About 15 minutes after we heard about the Pentagon somebody else shouted that a plane had crashed in Pennsylvania. Most of us could not go and watch TV because the phone calls kept on coming from the claimants. I was suprised that nobody that I talked to on the telephone mentioned anything about the attacks even though I could hear the televisions they had on in the background talking about the attacks. I guess, even with an attack of this magnitude, people still had to file unemployment claims. I called my husband right after I had heard the news and told him to turn on the TV. I asked him what was going on. He could not believe what he was seeing on TV. During my break I went over to our TV and watched coverage. I was afraid that airplanes were still in the air and could attack here! On the TV they were saying how there could be up to 50,000 people working and visiting the Towers on any particular day. I then heard that all of the airplanes were being made to land. I saw the first tower fall. To this day (May 17, 2004) I still can't believe that both buildings fell. The 2nd tower fell while I was back at my desk, working. I saw more coverage during my lunch and afternoon break. I went home and watched TV. I later went for a walk and the church near where I walk had a service for the victims of the attacks. Now, I believe that everybody should go on with their lives (because somebody said if you don't go about your lives, then the terrorists wins), but I still have a fear that something else will happen. Tell us your story: I'm the NCOIC, Investigations at RAF Lakenheath, England and our Security Forces Operations Flight was having a staff meeting in the conference room, when our Force Protection Officer came into the room and told us a small commuter aircraft had just hit the WTC. We talked about what a terrible accident that was and finished our meeting. I walked into the Operations Flight main office and began to watch CNN. I saw the smoking tower and couldn't believe that much damage had come from a small aircraft. As I watched, the 2nd aircraft came into view and for a split second I couldn't reconcile the image--I thought it was a replay, but in my mind knew it couldn't be possible. As the plane struck the tower, I knew it was a terrorist attack and that we were about to lock the base down. I called my wife to tell her and to make sure she got our kids home. As additional reports started coming in about other aircraft being hijacked, we started moving in high gear not knowing if this was the start of a worldwide vs nationwide attack. We immediately implemented the barrier plans to limit access to critical areas and buildings and we continued until early the next morning. I drove home, spent 45 minutes with my wife and looked at the kids sleeping and went back to work. I wasnt feeling good, so I went up to see her. The TV was on in the office, some teachers were in there watching & I asked what was going on. They told me to leave. The radio personalities sounded pretty spooked because they way they were reporting it, it seemed like a freak-accident. I was in the middle of a training class that week & when I walked into the room they had 2 tv monitors on. Everyone was in shock. Not even the instructors were interested in anything except what was on the news. Then we saw the 2nd plane hit and it seemed like all those miles away, everything went dark. Tell us your story: The morning of Sept. 11th, I pulled up to work at Stony Brook University on Long Island, having listened to NPR during my commute as usual. I was just about to shut off the engine when the local news commentator broke in and reported that a small plane had crashed into the World Trade Center. I sort of shrugged it off and walked in to the lab to start another day. I got as far as my office door when I heard someone scream down the hall. I ran down with some others and found a crowd clustered around a small tuned to CNN. The second plane had just hit and we were all in disbelief. I tried my wife on my cell phone but all the circuits were busy. This is where I started to get really scared, you know, when the little hairs stand up on the back of your neck, you feel the cold sweat break out and your heart starts to beat a little faster. I finally got through and her office (also on Long Island) was pandemonium; lots of her coworkers had family who worked in the WTC or were NYPD or FDNY. At this point we all knew that there was no mistake: this was not an accident! News of Washington and Pennsylvania flashed by and then the Towers fell. My Professor was trapped in NYC uptown, but at least we knew he was safe. He had watched them fall from Columbia University hospital and was now just trying to get off Manhattan along with many thousands of others... Phones rang everywhere. My dad called to make sure we were ok. I told him we were 50 miles away, but that I was anything but OK! None of us knew what to do. We all just continued to watch for news and try to piece together what happened. My wife arrived from her office and we hugged each other tightly. There was shock and raw emotion, awe at what was happening, and disbelief that so much life could be snuffed away. I am of generation X, and have never seen anything like this. My immediate world had been a fairly peaceful one, untouched by the wars of my forefathers. No longer. Late that evening, as I lay awake listening to the night sounds outside my open window, I tried to decide what I should be feeling. Then I heard a sound that shouldn't have been there. All of the airports in the country were closed, but I heard jets. I walked outside to see what was going on. Then I realized; these weren't commercial jetliners, but United States Air Force F-16 fighters flying combat air patrol over NYC. My house was below thier turnaround point. At that point I knew what I felt: Rage, for what the terrorists had done and were making us do. Pride, for my country and for those who would die to defend it and to protect me from above as I sleep. Sadness, for those lives that had been snuffed out and for those that had been forever altered. Gratitude, for the rescue workers who went willingly to thier own death so that others might live, because that was thier job. That is courage. And finally, with tears flowing down my face and with teeth firmly clenched, I felt resolve that many years of past peace would not render my generation weak in the face of this threat. The next day, the wind had shifted and we could smell the smoke from the destruction 50 miles to the West. We see so many images on TV everyday that our eyes become numb to shock. Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: Last night I hung my head in shame. I wondered how many days had gone by since I had thought of last years tragedy and how it affected everyone in the United States. I prayed daily for the people who lost their loved ones and the men and women who spent endless hours of rescue. It has been a couple of months since I have added this to my prayers. I resumed it last night. I have always been proud to be an American. We have had many great leaders, soldiers and many ordinary people who have made the U.S.A. what it is today. I will continue to thank God daily for our freedom, our rights, and our pride in America. I bow my head in prayer this morning and pray that God may give some peace to our people who suffered so terribly. We need to continue to stand strong and hold together. For we are all Americans! But not first attack ... Is it worst than indian genocide ? Is it worst than what happens in Africa ? Is it worst than fight against Palestine ? Is it worst than Irak war ? Is it worst than Hiroshima ? Is it worst than Nagazaki ? Is it worst than Bosnia ? Is it worst than Chili ? Is it worst than Cuba ? Is it worst than Panama ? Is it worst than support Afghanistan against Russia ? Is it worst than all wars you create all around the world ? Is it worst than all arms you send to all countries ? Is it worst than American way of life that you want to extend to all the world ? I don't think so ... Keep your ideas for yourselves, keep your way of life for youselves, keep america for you, rest of the world is not America, and we don't want to become like you ... Respect Earth, Nature, Human lives, Religions, etc... I don't want death for anybody, and i hope it will never happen again anywhere... Can all dead rust in peace. But is it normal to talk like that about this attack when nobody talk about things America done everywhere in the world since America exist ...?!
