I was visiting my parents in New York and arrived on September 22nd. I had thought about cancelling my trip, but decided that nobody was going stop me from coming!<br />
<br />
I had never been to New York before, and it was sobering to see the towers missing. Although you can&#039;t see it in the photo, you could still see smoke rising from Lower Manahattan on October 18th. You could also see one of the large cranes being used to shift the rubble.]]></dcterms:description>
