Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: September 11th was the Tueday before my wedding day (September 15th)and my last day of work that week. It was such a emtional swing to me because I had been so happly antisipating my wedding day that this tragety realy made me take stock of everything in my life. I was so grateful that I had found my one true love of my life yet so many other's had lost their loved ones. I gave blood which including the wait took 8 hours the next day. I didn't even care if my needle puncture showed on my arm my wedding day..I just felt the need that I had to do something and that was all I could think of. It was so great to be with so many others who thought to give blood, they were from all walks of life,young hairdressors to business men lined the outside of the building waiting to give blood. That week will always have a special day in my heart, as so much of my life was changing so was the entire worlds. It helps me be strong in my life and marriage because so many American's espically New Yorker's showed the world what we are made of. This country is the greatest because the people are so great and any trial will prove that we are always winners and can accomplish anything that we set our minds to. The group that tried to set up down really made us as a nation rise up and salute this great country. God Bless The USA!!
