We had just finished listening to a recording of the president at that time declaring war after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. It was sort of an erry feeling to be doing that and then get the news by way of the presidents assistant. About the time Brian walked in and handed a not to Dr. Johns the news began to flood everyone's computers and groans began to be uttered. We ended class abruptly and proceeded to the chapel to pray. We suspended our regular chapel service to reflect on the tragedy. As I said, I will NEVER forget it!!!
