911DA Story: Story
When I heard the news it was second hour, Ms. Johnson's Biology class and I looked up at the television and saw the towers were on fire my first words were "Oh my gosh, What's going on?" At that moment I realized what had happened and looked at Ms. Johnson and she had tears in her eyes and her eyes were really red. I said what's wrong she pointed and said "my sister and her kids were headed for there from here last night and I haven't heard from them.
After that, all day we watched the television, I called my dad and asked him if he knew what happen, he was sleeping and told me I was calling a false alarm and hung up the phone then I came home and saw it on television again. From there we went to my grandma's house and she was crying saying "We've been attacked and we're going to war, I'm not ready to die yet."
From September 11 on, it seemed like everything went wrong a month and a half later my dad died at the age of 48, then I became homeless. It was just a start of bad events in my life.
I was in shock, I couldn't believe it. I cried for a week after September 11.
