Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was 9 months pregnant and had just dropped my 3 year old off at preschool and heard on the radio that the first plane had hit the WTC. Of course, I thought it was a terribly tragic but solitary accident. When I got home my husband called from work to ask if I knew what was going on. That was when I turned the TV on and saw images of the second plane crashing. I sat there on the couch not able to comprehend what was happening. I was relaying everything I saw to my husband and him to his coworkers, I was their link to information. I remember vividly the sick feeling in my stomach and praying that I wouldn't go into labor. I didn't want to bring my baby into the world on such a grim day. Fortunately, little Jacob Christopher waited 6 more days to make an appearance and he is such a blessing. I think that we all knew of someone who died that day, I was lucky enough to not have any close friends or family perish but I feel for all those who did. I think about 9-11 everyday, we went to NY for the first time since the attacks over Labor Day Weekend and I can really say that it is a wonderful city and that I love New York.
