Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I work 3rd shift, this particular morning (9-11)I received a phone call to rush to the hospital, my mother was admitted and was not doing well, leaving work and preceeded enroute to the hospital not having any details and very upset. My mom had deminsion and altizmer disease, with heart disease also. Once I arrived and was told mom was not going to make it, her vital signs were falling, and kidney had begun to shut down. I called all family memebers to let them know what was happening and to rush on to the hospital. Sitting by her side, not leaving for any reasons, I was not aware of what was happening in New York. When the doctors told me to step out I walked to the waiting area, stopped and asked what was going on and was told that a plane had crashed into one of the twin towers. At that moment I was called back to my mother, her condition was drastically deterriating, I sit and prayed and cried, not my mom not realizing that at that same time how many other lives were being taken by evil people. To make it short my mom died when the last plane hit. When I came out again, i was totally shocked to learn there had been 3 planes and how many lives were post. At that moment I went off by my self and cried and prayed for my mom and all the other angels God had with him that day. I feel I have two reasons to always remember 911. My prayers to all those who also lost someone, my mom was sick but so unexpected a pain and lost I can only imagine the pain, God Bless.
