He mentioned something about being in the school office and people were watching the news and that a plane flew into the World Trade Center. I think everyone thought it was an accident. Our teacher turned on the television in time to see the second plane it. I think it hit everyone at the same time in that classroom that this was no accident. The whole room grew quiet. All day at school people were talking and you could tell that there was a real fear of uncertainty and anger and sadness. That day is burnt in my mind....
