Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I had just been at so school for about only 2 hours when I first heard about the planes crashing into the world trade center. I was in my American history class when the announcement had just been made. Ironically history was being made while i was attending my class learning about the past. It didn't even quite hit me, what had happened until i actually saw it on the news. that day was my friend's birthday so all of us were self-involved with our own lives instead of realizing the mayhem that had occurred earlier that day. how selfish were we to not even consider the livees lost and those who knew those who were in the world trader center. my heart just sunk in after it finally hit me... terrorists hadd attacked us at the most brutal way ever... attacking innocent civilians! ! ! how cowardly can they be??? i just don't understand what people are actually thinking when these acts of violence are brought out upon us. September 11, 2001...a day that can never be forgotten, a day of rememberance for those who lost their lives in the building, for the couragious heroines, who risked their lives to save another and jeapordizing their own lives, and for those who just want to remember.
