Tell us your story: It was around 9 am, and i was sitting in my english class having a grand old time. then over the loud speaker our principal came on. he told us that a plane had a crashed into one of the towers in ny. at the time i had no idea that it was a terroist who did this. we just sat back in complete denial and sadness. peoples who's family members worked in the wtc went to the office to contact them. then as the day progressed we heard more and more about it. i still had no idea what was going on. it wasnt till i got home when i got to watch the news i realized what was going on. since this happened so close to where i like (ny is 20 minutes away from where i live) i was like woah, i could be next. dayum.
