Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was in a team meeting when another teacher came in and told us to turn on the tv. We were trying to figure out what was going on...what we could tell was that two planes had crashed into the towers. As we watch I remembered to my astonishment one of the towers collapsing live on tv. I yelled out, "what's going on?" "why is it falling?" for moments after we all sat in shock. We tried to get ourselves together, we were told we had to explain the situation to our students. I spent the rest of the day watching CNN and suppressing my tears while trying to explain something to my students that I myself didn't quite understand.
