Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I woke up at 6:30 (Mountian Time) and wen't down stairs to eat my breakfast. After eating, brushing my teeth, heading upstairs, and changing, I turned on the radio to listen to some music. Instead of modern rock music, there were people screaming about "be under attack". Of course, I had no idea what they were talking about. As I finished up my homework, I started to get myself together and finally knew what was going on. Going to school, asking Mrs. Thompson what was going on, she didn't answer. Which was very, very strange. I turned to the direction she was staring at (which was the TV) and I saw two towers in flames. I though they were just High-rises on fire in Denver. And I thought to myself, "It's nothing too big right? Just a fire." The teacher turned up the volume and it was a news reporter talking about the second plane being hijacked by terrorists. Then it hit me, I began to knew what was going on. The intercom announced that today was an optional day to study and we we're allowed to watch the news. So we stayed in our seats and watched the for 30-minutes and re-watching the video of the plane slamming into the WTC's. Until the screen went black and it wen't to D.C. Showing the footage of a survallence camera showing a blur and an explosion in the Pentagon. Mrs. Thompson started to scream and spill out in front of us. She said that her husband worked their. For the first time in my life, I saw one of my teachers scream and cry like bloody hell in front of me. My classmates and were in totall shock. We didn't know what to do. Mrs. Henderson ran in and brought her to the hall to comfort her. As the day wen't by, and I walked home. My mom and I just stayed in silence. We would cry when we weren't near each other to show that we didn't care too much. But we did. When I wen't to sleep, I had dreams for the next week or so. They were about me the night before 9/11. Suddenly knowing what whould happen, so I would run to the phone and dial 911 and say theres going to be a plane that will crash into the WTC, Pentagon, and Pennsyvania. But no one would believe me.
