Are we going to be all right? All of these thoughts went through my head as I watched the horrible tragedy on 9/11. It was history in the making. I remember that day as if it were yesterday. I was in Spanish class when I first heard the terrible news. Everyone in the class went crazy. They all had some kind of worried look on their face, even the teachers. Some students were even crying. Even I was put in shock when I heard the news. It was hard to believe that anything like this could happen. For the rest of the class I sat in horror watching the television. It hurt some people more than others. I wasn?t as worried as some of the other students, basically because I knew God wouldn?t let anything happen to me. I still couldn?t get over the fact that this was really happening. I remember I was most concerned about my mom because she worked at the capitol, and I thought that the terrorists were going to bomb every state capitol building. Other than that, I wasn?t that concerned. 9/11 affected many different people in many different ways. One way it affected me was it made me closer to my family. 9/11 made me think of what if there was no tomorrow. I would never be able to get as close to my family as I want to be. So in conclusion, I think 9/11 will be one of the most memorable days of all time. Everyone will remember the day that America changed in good ways and in bad. You should think about what if you didn?t get the chance to say good-bye. So the last words won?t be, ?I wish I would have done this, I wish I would have done that, I wish, I wish.?
