Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was at My home In Texas. I was on Vacation because My husband and I had just bought our home and had moved that the weekend before( 8th, 9th). I was 7 months pregnant and so I was very tired form moving and unpacking boxes. I received a phone call aound 10:30 or 11:00 from a friend . He asked me If I had heard what happend. I had been esleep so I had no idea. He told me to turn on the T.V to any channel and then he told me that the Pentagon had been hit by an airplane and this it was on purpose and that there were two other buildings that were hit and collpsed.I could hardly beleive what I was hearing and my first thought was oh no , we are beingattacked and they are going to go after the White house or the Statue of Libertynext.Ifinishedunpacking all day and had the T.V on the wole day every day. I would get very emotional when I would see poor desperate people on T.V who were holding up picture looking for their loved ones.I thought What if that was My husband or Father. The thought was hard to bear and for some it was a horrible reality. Then came the realy scary stuff, TALK OF WAR! I was so stressed the following months after this happened wondering what was in store for my unborn childs future and if there was going to end up many years down the line being drafts. I hated the thought I my husband or brothersbeing killed in a war.It was hrd to find peace with it everywhere on the T.V. There was nothing exciting about my day. I knew no one but,I was with everyone in spirit and felt their pain. It will be a day I will NEVER forget. Gos bless all those who were lost and the ones left behind who loved them so much!
