Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I had class that day and i remember sitting in my dorm room and my roommate showed up in my room. It was very strange because she was suppose to be in class. When she walked in the room i asked her what she was doing and she said that we were getting attacked so her teacher decided to cancel class. We hurried up and turned on the tv and sure enough her teacher was right. I was so shocked and didn't know what to do. I had a class that morning at 9:30am so i went to it and my teacher hadn't heard about the attack so when students went up to her and asked if we were going to have class she was so shocked that she took us to one of the other halls so that we could watch the news to find out what was going on. My college is near Scott Air Force base so mainly what was going through my mind is where they going to try and attack that base and if they did i knew it would affect us. That day i will never forget, i know that it affected everyone not just the people who lost someone but it affected everyone that is living today. It's scary to know that it happened and it's something that i personally will be telling my kids about.
