Tell us your story: On the Morning of September 11th, I went to the airport to say goodbye to my boyfriend who was going to San Diego for more Marine training. He had already been through basic training. We said our goodbyes at 6:00am and I went home and took a nap and was awaken by my boyfriends sister asking me where her brother was. I was telling her his flight plan and she told me to get up and turn on the T.V. I did and I couldn't believe what I saw and they were reporting that all flights had been grounded. We had no idea where he was for 4 hours. Being the military, we knew he would have to check in so he was accounted for, but the wait for the phone call was nerve racking. I called all my friends and family and asked them to start praying. Not just for my boyfriend, but for everyone.
