Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was at work and I remember the receptionist calling on the phone to tell everyone that a plane has just flew into the World Trade Tower. A few minutes later the second plane flew into the other building. I remember how we all stood there wondering what was going on. Then it hit how everyone thought we were under attach. All I could think about was was daughter, who was at school and my husband was away in Maine on a hunting trip. I just wanted to be surronded by my family but I couldn't get in touch with my husband anyhow, but I was able to get to my daughter. That evening all I did was cry and hold my daughter for dear life. How empty I felt that nothing could be done for all those people. I never did get a hold of my husband until a couple days later and I think he was still in shock by the whole incident. Coming home from his trip in Maine he drove through New York and still couldn't believe what he saw. I have lost my sister a year prior who was also very young and I thought I would see life in a different way, but when I saw what happen on Sept. 11, 2001 I will never take life for granted. Life can come and Life can go. Appreciate what you have and hold on till there is no tomorrow.
