It was during homeroom period when one of my friends that was late to class came in and turned the TV on. I really wasn't sure at that time what she was doing, and then i heard a voice say "a second plane just hit the other world trate center". I was very sad and afraid. My aunt works 2 blocks away from the the twin towers and she called to tell us what had happened. I remember seeing the look on my dad's face when my aunt was telling him my mom was crying, and I was just puzzled. I wondered how could someone do that? What if the people in the twin towers were my family or my friends, what if it were me? I'll remeber this day always and how it must feel for the victims family and friends, I have sympathy for all of you.
