Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was sitting in my consumer management class and the "class clown" came in and told us all that a plane had hit the trade center building. Our teacher was very skeptical and didnt really believe him so we went on with class as usual. Then our principal came on the loudspeaker and told us all what had happened. A lot of the kids in my school had parents working down town so they all got really scared that something would happen to their parents. As the day went on and I went to my next class, the teacher was playing over and over again on her computer a video clip of the first plane hitting the towers. It all seemed so surreal. I was ashamed to admit it but i really had no clue what the twin towers were at the time. After that class, I had lunch release so as soon as we all got outside we got on our cell phones and called our parents and loved ones. I realize my story isnt as exciting or ironic as many others but I wanted to share it so people would remember that we were/are all affected by this tragedy in some way, shape, or form.
