September 11,2001 I had justput my daughter on the school bus and returned into my home and all of a sudden up came the images.I was confused at first to what I was seeing.Then I remember screaming at the second plane watch out can you not see the building is on fire.After the second plane hit I was to shocked to speak or to think then my phone rang it was my mother are you watching this she said I was barely listening.I was unable to make the connection this was happening in real life I couldn't believe there would be people working in those buildings who did? Things became far to real when I saw my first body jump I see stuff like that all the time in movies it never bothered me but that day I realized this was no movie.I live in Canada things like that don't happen here we are a fairly quiet country.I becam consumed all week with things I didn't sleep I hardly ate all I did was watch the T.V.4 nights after it happened my daughter had to pull the plug out of the T.V..Then all I could then was cry.I didn't even want my daughter to leave the house or go to school of coarse life could'nt stop it was hard for me to function and I didn't even live close to New York.There was a misconception that Canada was cold to this and it was so untrue we felt your pain lowered ours and your flags for 2 weeks.Schools had cerimonies as did certain government buildings.My heart broke every day there has not been one day gone bye I have not thought about it.So please know we suffered and hurt along beside you to.God Bless America.
