Tell us your story: At the time of the horrific events that took place on 9/11/01,I was going through my own personal heartache so I was very numb to what was going on around me.My husband called me from work and told me what had happened.I had no t.v. service at the time,so I never saw the unbeleivable images until the other night when I watched "What We Saw" by channell 2 news, a book and dvd we bought our son who turned 13 on September 1st, so he would never forget.I remained glued to the television for the two hours,most of the time with my hand covering my mouth in horror and disbeleif.My faith in God is very strong,as was some of the people who physically,not spiritually perished on 9/11.Although God did not cause this tragedy,He knew of it and the eternal purpose it would have on our country and mankind.I know His heart is grieved as ours is.But what the devil meant for harm,God can and already has in many ways turned out for good.Yes,many lives were lost and hearts broken,but our God,the God with a capital "G",the God of our forefathers and the God of The United States of America,despite her waywardness,is an Awesome God and even in this trgedy His heart cries out for us to turn to Him,remember the sacrifice that His only Son,Jesus,gave for all mankind.If we the people would only turn our hearts to Him...Remember September 11th,remember our country has had God's grace shed on it and may the saying "In God We Trust" be more than a cliche',but a lifestyle of every man woman and child thatcalls themselves American.God bless you and God bless The United States of America.
