Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was in 5th grade. We had a birthday party for a classmate that morning. Then classes continued like nothing had happened. But as the day went on, we all started to notice that the teachers were acting funny. The principal kept coming into the classrooms and whispering to the teachers. All of the adults looked scared. When we went outside for recess, the halls were crowded with panicky parents trying to bring their kids home. They were all yelling and shaking with fear. A few kindergarteners were crying. About halfway through recess, my teacher came up to me and told me that my aunt was here to bring me home. She brought my cousin and I back to Grandma's house and we watched everything on TV for the rest of the day.
