Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: My name is Suzanne Pinder, and I did not personally lose anyone on this day that I know of but I still feel connected. You see my mon lived in Brooklyn NY at the time and I live in New Jersey. The WORLD TRADE CENTER was our halfway meeting point. We would meet and have lunch in Sabarros and then go shopping and talk. My mom is my best friend and I still picture us there at the time running for our lives. That morning, after the first plane hit, the first person that I called, was my mom. The funny thing is that we were not allowed to use our cell-phones at work, but that went out the window for me and everyone else that day. When I picked up my phone to dial her number, she was already on the phone, I am not sure how that happened but I guessed she felt the same way that I did. She said that she knew that something was wrong and we just started crying after I told her what had happened. My mom lives in Canada so for her to be on the phone at the same time that I was calling her is a miracle. As I said, I did not loose anyone that day but my heart goes out to anyone that did. I pray and ask God to protect us all. My mom is here with me on the anniversary of this sad day and we are praying for you all. GOD BLESS US EVERYONE. Suzanne Pinder/Wilson.
