Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was in the drive thru at Chick Filet when I turned on my radio and heard the story. The second crash was taking place. I started calling family and friends. I had just dropped my 2 year old at preschool and I started freaking out. So, after many phone calls, I went back to the school and picked my children up then picked my 13 year old niece up at school. My best friend left work and picked her children up at school too. We all gathered at my house and watched everything on tv. I was really afraid of what the terrorist would do next. We have friends in New York and could not get in touch with them. I was very sad for everyone there. To celebrate the one year anniversary, I dressed my kids in red, white, and blue to honor all the wonderful lives that were so tragically lost on that day.
