Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I live in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. The week of September 11th was on the way. Well that week I was very excited of going to Reno because my dad had a Navy thing there for the Uss Jupiter AVS-8. Its where all the crew on the ship meet and have fun. A couple days pasted and we were having a great time. At circus circus in the game area and walking around the city. It was just great. Just having fun. But the next day it all happened. In the morning my dad woke up first as he always does and he watched it for a couple seconds and started saying "Is this real" ,"Is this a movie" thats when I woke up when he started talking to himself. I was speachless. I couldn't belive my eyes. Then the second tower got hit and lets just say we couldn't belive what was happening. All our fun was gone after that day. We stayed in Reno for about 2 more days. Looking at the T.V and wondering whats going to happen next. When we tryed to find transportation to get home we had no luck we tryed the train and the airport. Of course the air port wouldn't let us go for another 3 days or so. We ended up takeing the bus all the way to Wisconsin Rapids. Let me tell you to never take a grey hound bus accross country. You will hate it with a passon. When we stoped at a gas station to take a break. We got out and when we came back there was a guy sitting in our seat. My dad said that was our seat and he said there wasent any desenated seating. That pissed us off. Because there isn't any desenated seating when you get on but we were already on the bus going to our dustination. Oh we tryed rent a car also. But there was this nice black man who gave us his seat. Very nice guy. By the time we got to Chicago we were very tired. We got there about 5 in the morning. we waited three hours for a bus to go to madison or stevens point but none came. Millwaukee bus did tho. we sat down and there was a bunch of flys on this one lady we were sitting next too. My dad said lets move to a diffent seat. So we did. The janitor was going around peaple that were sleeping on the floor it was pretty funny. well back to the bus. My dad went to service office and tryed to get there attention but they said somelike like "What do you Want" Lets just say my dad was a little mad about that. after he told the lady off the lady said we missed our bus. Thats when we gave up and called my uncle which lives in brigeport. but I was still waiting for the bus and i yelled saying our bus was here. But no such luck it was going to milwaukee again. The janitor tryed helping us out after that. The janitor was the only deceat person working there. He said he gave up also. So my uncle ended up driving us to wisconsin.
