Tell us your story: When I first heard about the attack I was having breakfast in a resturant with my husband so we went to the nearest location to watch television, my mother's home. what terrible sights we beheld! I could not imagine the horror all those people were enduring. Most of us in the United States have never known what it is to be in jeopardy of life. We have never experienced war in our country. Pearl Harbor was a long time ago and possibly we thought we were invincible since we are the "Super Power". What we really need is for President Bush to call for a day of repentance. Yes... you read this right. We in the United States need to repent. NOT FOR BEING A GREAT, POWERFUL, AND PROSPEROUS COUNTRY. NO, FOR NOT BEING GRATEFUL FOR ALL OUR BLESSINGS. We also need to repent for our unrighteousness and for LEAVING GOD OUT OF OUR LIVES. We speak of and about God; but we do not reverence Him or live by His precepts. GOD HELP US! May God bless our country; bring our citizens to acknowledge Him in truth, and revive us all to righteous living. May our leader know and serve Him in truth. This terrible attack on our country is an act of war and I applaud President Bush on the actions he has taken. May God bless him and his family.
