Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I remember the day of september 11, oh so well. I was sitting on my couch watching t.v when the breaking news came across N.B.C. All of a sudden i saw a plane crashing into one of the twin towers!. I really thought i was seeing things,it just didn't strike me that this was LIVE coverage as to what was happening at that very moment in the city of New York. When that plane struck that tower, i thought" oh my god,those people,all those people are going to be dead!. No words can describe how the impact of that plane hitting that tower had on everybody up here in canada. We are a country who pulls together in times of need, whether it be for friends and family or just total stranger's. The new's stations had their phones ringing off the hook, with people asking about what they had just witnessed on our local news channels.The aid started pouring in at that very moment. Our local police and fire departments, the red cross,just everyone. This had to be the worst day for everyone, in the world, except of course Afghanastan. The people behind this MUST pay for this tragedy they chose to put on the american people. I as a canadian will not sleep until i see president Bush get these people,whether it be one person or a million. How dare they take lives of our brother's, sister's and children. On Sept 11 I want you to know that you are all in our prayer's and thoughts, and we as canadian's stand as one with you and will be by your side on the day that these inhumane individuals ALL pay for the fear and heartaches they have endured onto our fellow neighbor's of america. My sister is married to an american whom which live in Georgia, and i live in fear daily knowing they could be the next victims. America please don't let your guard down ever until these hateful people are in hand. My thoughts are always with you and on Sept 11, I hope you know that the country of Canada is right there with you to help you get through this awful tragedy. GOD BLESS AMERICA!
