You had nothing to hide, I think most people would agree with the cap. To call this anything but a cap is pathetic. If the law passed by congress dictates there shouldn't be a cap, you disregarded it. If that is the case why don't you cap (or whatever you want to call it) the offsets? Obviously if you can do it on income you can do it on insurance! Will you eventually publish all of the awards? I find it hard to believe that the widows of some of the Cantor employees will be satisfied with this award. Is that one of the reasons for the private hearings? I think the other claimants are entitled to know the results of the private hearings.
