You are no better than they are with your judgemental attitudes (PREJUDICE)! "God bless America" has become a smoke screen for self-righteuos people who think they have the right or power to judge others who may be different from themselves. Your continuing "Christian" (term used loosely) pietistic actions fly in the face of what this country truly stands for. Let me remind you: freedom, liberty, the right to pursue happiness, fairness, religous freedom, EQUALITY FOR ALL PEOPLE , are the things I was taught America stands for Where do any one of these things come into play in this travesty of justice or fairness. As you go about pointing fingers and deciding who is or is not entitled to fairness in this issue, perhaps you should remember how God will judge YOU for this inappropriate action. Like it or not, there are many gays & lesbians on the front lines defending you and your right to believe and live the way you choose. However, they are not there to die in vain to give you the right to force your beliefs on to other people. Gay or straight, our troops are all dying in vain for people like you to be free. Not only is this a slap in the face to all of the families who lost these loved ones, but also to all those who died trying to save them (gay or straight). Shame on all of you!
