To exclude anyone because of sexual preference is truly a despicable act. That would be to say that the gay couple who died in the plane crash at WTC with their adopted son weren't victims. Or that the gay man known to have joined in on the resistance to the hijackers on the Pennsylvania plane wasn't a hero. Surely we have suffered enough without the hatred of small minds poisoning a fund meant to provide some small solace to the bereaved. Gay people and their families die, they are heros, they grieve deeply. They should compensated and treated like everybody else.
