Thursday, January 03, 2002 3:21 PM Insurance Dear Mr. Zwick, I do not agree, as most of the victim's families do not agree with the victim's compensation package we are being offered. However, what I find most unfair is the deduction of Private Insurance from whatever one is awarded from the Fund. This system penalizes those persons who were responsible enough to get private insurance. The Fund is a bail out for the airlines and insurance companies. The government failed to protect us on 9/11 and now the they are failing the victim's families once again. However, the families have been forced to become embroiled in this and other controversies. We desperately hope the day is near when justice will prevail.
