Hello,

Wanted to take the time to express my frustration and outrage at the
decisions being made to exclude certain people from the Victim
Compensation Fund from the 9/11 Terrorist attacks.

You are paid to make the tough decisions. Falling back on the "we will
follow each states rules" is abhorrent and LAZY. Do the right thing. All
victims should get compensations. PERIOD. Sorting some people out from
others will only continue the divisiveness.
