It's amazing to me that you include a variety of people -- including illegal aliens, who violate US Federal law by being here illegally, will be eligible to receive money from the Fund. Yet you refuse to allow funds for gay and lesbian victims of Sept. 11--people who are citizens and who contribute to our country in numerous positive ways. You state that this is due to State laws, yet, as stated before, you're willing to make funds available to illegal aliens, who are violating Federal laws. This is simply a matter of discrimination against citizens of our country. I urge you to change your policy, and make funds available to those lesbians and gay men who are eligible for funds.
