Friday, March 22, 2002 10:20 AM Stop the Discrimination It is a sad day in America when our government continues to discriminate against a large segment of the populace ESPECIALLY when some members of that segment were heroes of 9/11!!! To give aid and assistance to fetuses and illegal aliens and NOT to families of gays who died in the 9/11 tragedies is, in my judgment, a horrible travesty of justice and should NOT be allowed. To overlook the laws on the one hand to give aid and then flaunt the law on the other when it comes to gays, MUST be stopped immediately. Please change this very un-American policy immediately and give aid to all that deserve it due to their circumstances on 9/11 and not discriminate because of someone's lifestyle.
