I cant comprehend that I will be left out of this process if the administrators of estate don't include me .The administrators are the married children of who live in the state of Indiana and didn't even come here when she was killed. and I were interdependent on one another and we lived together for 4 ½ years we were to be married in June 2002. I cannot comprehend what has happened yet my grief is never ending. I want to know what I have to do to be part of this claim process. I feel I'm entitled as much as anyone. My attorney's have stated that if the rules don't let me in there is not much they can do. I am not looking to get rich I just want what any other grieving family member is entitled too.
