Friday, December 21, 2001 9:46 AM Victim Fund is a joke To whom it may concern: The victim fund will effectively open a hornet's nest of litigation every time there is any type of tragedy. Effectively letting anyone believe they "deserve" money from the government if a family member is killed. Not saying that 9/11 was not a large tragedy, but families lose loved ones everyday and this should be looked upon no differently. As a registered voter, I would love to know who is responsible for this travesty in order to voice my displeasure in the next election.
