It's even being said that illegal aliens will benefit. Why will victims who are here illegally and who violate federal law benefit - but gay victims - who ARE American citizens - won't? Why is it that lawa are being applying to gay victims but not illegal aliens? The blatant hostility and hatred towards gays in this country is just amazing - it's terrible! My gosh - these are human beings and their families suffered just as much as any other family. Gays bleed just as much as straight people do. Gays work as hard as straight people do. Gays pay their taxes just as hard as straight people do. Gays worship just as straight people do. Gays love just as straight people do. Straight people GIVE BIRTH to gay people! Why is it that gays are being targeted and not allowed to benefit from the September 11th fund? We've been through this type of hatred before towards the violations of African Americans - haven't we learned ANYTHING from that?
