People gave to this fund with the intention of giving all the familys of the victims equal funds for their use. To use a person's salary to administer the amount they receive seems very unfair. All familys suffered equally so why not distribute the moneys equally? I hope the Justice Deaprtment reconsiders this method of payment. I live in a small city where we lost 10 people at the WTC and they are all entitled to the same amount as the lowest paid person on the list. Please reconsider. I don't think people gave money to be distributed in this way.
