I lost my apartment, some of my furniture and personal belongings because of September 11 disaster. I also have to deal with a huge business interruption and I don't know at this point if my business survive it. I am going through enormous pressure and constant stress day in day out. This is probably the most difficult time in my life. Some of the organizations such as FEMA, RED CROOS, etc. are trying to help me and people like myself, but its definitely not enough. I would like to thank them anyway. We lost almost everything including our health and we are getting just couple grand for temporary housing and a loan under the personal guaranty that you have to pay back eventually. This is just not right, we see millions of dollars going to different organizations and than what? How much of this money will reach real victims? I believe that for every person seriously effected by the WTC disaster a substantial grant should be given for the quick and painless recovery from the drastic events we survived.
