The residential area south of WTC (Battery Park City South) was severely affected, and continues to suffer due to a lack of any coordinated effort to deal with the situation. * People who are STILL displaced (no aknowledement made from the authority) * Disruption of life ... we did not die, so we should continue to suffer daily disruption which is already causing not only emotional but real physical damage.
