I also worked in the building for the on the 61st Floor by Gods will I was able to make it out back to my children. My question is am I entitled to any benefits. I have been getting numerous threats from my fiancees mother, she has threatened to sue me, and take me to court. I recieved some assistance from the American Red Cross, they sent a team to my house to resolve, and establish that my fiancee did live with me, and we shared our living expenses, they felt that I was entitled to assistance due to all the facts, and documentation that I provided them. His mother had a lawyer call my house, and they have told me that they will make sure to it that I will not receive one penny of any money I might have coming to me, I just want to know my rights as to this matter, and If I qualify for any benefits not for loosing my fiancee but for working at the World Trade Center, I am a single 29 year old mother of Three Children I made 35,000 a year and I worked at the Trade Center for the past 4 years.
