The first and most egregious being the Pentagon's request for suggestions on how to prosecute the current war effort and 'win' the battle against terrorism. Your were hired to lead, not establish policies through a consensus process. If you feel you're incapable of arriving at a fair and equitable solution to the compensation matter I suggest you all resign and allow the president to appoint people who have the leadership qualities and self confidence to accomplish that task.
