    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[This photo was taken on the one year anniversary of the WTC attack. It is the Draper City Offices plaza and there is one flag for each victim that died. It took about 10 minutes to drive around this plaza and the day it went up hundreds of people came to see it. Interestingly, no one made a sound. It was like being in an outdoor cathedral.]]></dcterms:description>
