    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[This picture was taken on September 23, 2001, the day President Bush had asked Americans to raise their flags back to full staff. This flag is in our front yard in Kouts, Indiana.  Shortly after I raised Old Glory back to full staff we had a rain storm.  Just after the storm this rainbow came down to our flag.  I feel it was sent by the Angels and Heroes of September 11.  This picture was also shown on the Kodak 3 story high screen in Times Square with others as A Tribute to American Spirit.]]></dcterms:description>
