Yes indeed, we are sad and hurting here in the U.S. And we are furious also. As you are aware, we are not very accustomed to these kinds of attacks, so being the first of their kind creates an outrage in this country the likes of which I have never seen. Our country and our government will have to go back to the drawing board and decide how we will proceed in order to survive and eventually thrive in this new environment that is resulting from the September 11, 2001 attacks. These efforts will eventually bring about important and sweeping changes in our freedoms, in our laws, and in nearly every aspect of how we live, work, and play in the U.S. God willing, Joanna and I will return to Warsaw on December 20, 2001.
