I don't have today's Court Calendar. Since this was fairly early in the morning, I'm not sure who would have been in the office. Stu Flamen has a long commute so chances are he was not in the office. I still haven't hear from Robert Fumo but he usually would come in later even if he had an office assignment. Brian McCaffrey will occasionally come in early, I know he had to catch up on some work. I'm most concerned about Delores Forbes as she may
have had difficulty walking down 28 floors and the stairways may have been blocked. I really don't know but just pray she's OK. This is so unbelievable
the office is just gone. Patricia and MaryAnn also sometimes come in early,I really don't know.

Joe had a trial in Brooklyn, he may have come in early to work on the trial I have no idea but the trial was in Brooklyn so hopefully he was not in the building. If I hear from anyone I will let you know. Its really so sad just can't stop from getting choked up. Please let me know if you hear from anyone as well.

>
> I am so glad to hear you are ok. Thanks for writing me. We've tried to
> call numerous time. Do you know what Attorney's would've been in the
> office today? Thanks.

> Tomiko,
>
> I'm OK. Not sure who would have been in our office but Dolores Forbes comes in early usually around 8:00 a.m. Patricia Gopaul also comes in early. I'm not sure of anyone else's schedule. Apparently our tower collapsed. Our office was on the 28th floor. Just wanted to let you know
> that I'm OK. Phone lines are down tried to call earlier.
>
> Please pray for anyone who might have been in our building.
>
