We felt the explosion rock the building, and people shouting to evacuate shortly after that. That side of the building was the new construction side for those of you familiar with it. It was composed primarily of Army and Navy Staff offices. I have heard from some of the Navy staff personnel and they are ok, but not all. Please think of them. Thanks so much for your concern.
