Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: The morning of September 11th, is one I'll never forget. It was the day I had lost someone that I truly loved. I am a 14 teenager from Toronto. My mom works at a Royal Bank. That week, she was in New York in the World Trade Center for a meeting while my father was at home taking care of me, my 2 sisters and my brother. It was Spetmeber 11th. I woke up that morning around 7:00, getting ready for school. All I could remember was my computer teacher telling us that 2 airplanes crashed into the World Trade Centers. I got up and ran to the nearest phone. I wanted to know if my mom was alright. Was she still alive? Only until 1 week later, no phone calls from her, we knew she was gone forever and never coming back. This has been the hardest time of my life...losing my mother at the age of 14. It's been hard. I've thought of commiting suicide because of this. I really miss her. I'm just letting everyone out there know, that you really should appriciate the people you love and you don't realize how much you love them until there gone. I'm challenging everyone that's reading this now, to go out and do something that would make one of your loved ones proud. Take someone out for supper, bring them shopping, or simply tell them that you love them, because I love my mom so much, and I'll never get to talk to her or tell her how much I love her ever again, and it breaks my heart to think that.
