Tell us your story: When i got the news that the first Trade Center was hit i was on the phone with a friend and my Aunt beeped in on the 2 way calling. I answered the beep and she said turn the T.V. on NBC. I told my mother what she said and she turned the T.V. on. the sight that i saw i was mortified. I was thinkin to myself " I hope that this isnt an attack on our nation". Then i seen the second tower hit. At that point I started cryin and i was terrified. How could this happen to one of the strongest nations in the world? Thats the one question that still hasn't been answered for me. When I heard about the other two attacks I was with my mother and best friend goin grocery shoppin. We weren't sure if we should go but we had to. When we got there it was all over the radio and that was all we heard on the way there. When we got home we put the T.V. on Nbc again and we watched that for the rest of that week. The attack hit close to me because I know this probably sounds selfish but my birthday is 8 days afetr it happened so you can imagine how that was for me. But what the peoples family went through has no comparison on my life cuz what they went through is so terrible. It should never have happend and it SUCKS!!!!! This is my story and I hope that someone out there reads this and can say "I know exactly what she is goin through". I cry still to this day and with this war goin on now it scares me.
